Every flight we work with new team. The majority of my co-workers are very friendly, hardworking and caring towards each other. The team work is amazing.
Same grade colleagues are always helping each other, while leaders are not supporting staff but always try to find donething wrong.

The overall moral is down due to the company management attitude towards employee and the none written policies that staff should all be treated like a workforce with no identity and undermining them at all time
Usually everyone is robotic and lack human touch
proper team work and good communication also avoiding tribalism , most guys lack the knowledge of being a professional . if we are one team understanding and love should exit between us all with this the team spirit will be very high and believe me there will be better results to achieve
