Everything ti be exact i love my work very much

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
This will take a long time and a complete face-lift of the entire senior and high level management ,this is not something that can be achieved in a few months time , the attitude embedded by the C levels cam not be changed overnight,
Less fear culture and more thinking about all employees
Eradication of Office Politics and implementation of operations under one roof rather than Two different Entities leaving both in a state of Blame game at the end of the Day
