It's not the monitory compensation that is a concern here it's the attitude towards the employees, the management needs to realise that and go through a drastic change to create a better working environment which will surely be beneficial to the company

The overall moral is down due to the company management attitude towards employee and the none written policies that staff should all be treated like a workforce with no identity and undermining them at all time
Usually everyone is robotic and lack human touch
proper team work and good communication also avoiding tribalism , most guys lack the knowledge of being a professional . if we are one team understanding and love should exit between us all with this the team spirit will be very high and believe me there will be better results to achieve
