Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the health insurance and school fees are costy
It's not the monitory compensation that is a concern here it's the attitude towards the employees, the management needs to realise that and go through a drastic change to create a better working environment which will surely be beneficial to the company
I do feel undervalued. We need to get paid more and not be treated like prisoners

The overall moral is down due to the company management attitude towards employee and the none written policies that staff should all be treated like a workforce with no identity and undermining them at all time
Usually everyone is robotic and lack human touch
proper team work and good communication also avoiding tribalism , most guys lack the knowledge of being a professional . if we are one team understanding and love should exit between us all with this the team spirit will be very high and believe me there will be better results to achieve

Everything ti be exact i love my work very much
As a new staff, I did not felt as stranger or isolated between the colleagues, so that is positive thing about the culture and environment at the company

This will take a long time and a complete face-lift of the entire senior and high level management ,this is not something that can be achieved in a few months time , the attitude embedded by the C levels cam not be changed overnight,
