The pay is great but no amount of money or benefits can justify what has happened here.

Managers make bonuses and plenty if pto and sick pay every year onky fownside is if upu cant rake pto you top out and stop earning hours

What package...? I get a meal on the days I work a full shift, I recieve a paycheck every 2 weeks, no frills, no bonuses, no incentives, and no benefits....

Im not unhappy with the psy its the retaliationn via text thst i got

more money, reliable hours, bare minimum really.

Holiday pay or the removal of labor. Labor stats is a dead tactic if you have workers willing to work that brings $$ to the company give them OT. Loyalty is greater than quantity

i feel undervalued because management steps on me at every opportunity. i'm constantly shown how exploitable i am by the higher ups. i would feel better if i got better pay, an actual say in decisions, any amount of paid time off.

Rude company workplace wth bosses with zero respect

I have been there for a year and a half and we have new people coming on making the same as me after I had to work hard for my raises. I feel like I got screwed over.

Been in training for shift lead since october. Recently got certified. Was not given keys, alarm code, new job title or pay. Was told to open the store without any of these resources. If i got the correct pay for the months of manager work ive done while working under team member status.

I was left working with out a fair increase

Well maybe if we all got paid equally instead of some people who do the same job making more than other who have been there longer.

Being treated like a human. Ive a mother a wife and a sister. In two days ive been pushed cussed at and stolen from.

yes and be treated fairly

I'd go into work and people would be talking amongst themselves and not be terribly inclusive. I'd ask how everyone was doing and try to be friendly, and other people don't do that. It's weird.
