To get the paycheck I work for
New GM who doesnt know what they are doing, makes inapropriate comments to customers and tells them to leave, also does nothing but sit in the office. Hires people who should never work in a fast paced high volume food place
Line servers dont get trained properly and because of this customers have been dissatisfied with our work.

Legally pay their employees what they earned
There is a clear abuse of power, and it needs to stop before that store is officially closed down for losing far too many staff members due to the general managers unacceptable behavior
We have no staff and are extremely busy. We don't get paid enough for the labor we go through everyday. Please send more people and a store manager.
Communication with coworkers is terrible management does not know how to deal with people it would get better if they would actually be straight with people on communication
The pay rates are all over the place, i was making more than some managers and some newer grill cooks were making more than me. This company is a person who wears the shirt as pants and pants as a hat thats how messed up working for qdoba is.

Im being disrespected. bullied. lied about. sent home rearranged mt whole life to suit getting hours. Had managers leave me alone when i needed help. Not trained. Had my schedule changed and not given tge knowledge. The company phone hasnt worked in weeks. I believe all the managers are using drugs.

Shift management is very racial and they let it known an assistant management knows it and does nothing about it they push and push until you had enough and quit that's what I done or I was chased out there's more going on but I don't have enough room send someone in and you'll see
