Well, people can joke around with each other, and they're laid back, but they can be too laid back at times, resulting in slacking.
Seeing nice customers come in who love a good conversation, and getting to talk with my coworkers a bit if they feel like it.
Again, better communication would help tremendously. Aside from small talk and chitchat, general communication about work matters was rather subpar and NEEDS to be improved upon ASAP.
I'd go into work and people would be talking amongst themselves and not be terribly inclusive. I'd ask how everyone was doing and try to be friendly, and other people don't do that. It's weird.
Better communication is sorely needed, and leadership needs to be overhauled with people who are professional, mature, and suited to the work. It felt like dealing with a bunch of high schoolers, and while half of them *were* teenagers, the other half were in their mid twenties and early thirties.
