I was assalted and harrasted my forst week their than they promoted the chick that did it to me. I hate qdoba. An im very glad to never step foot there again.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was short and to the point.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
People need to know there are consequences for their actions not promtions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well maybe if we all got paid equally instead of some people who do the same job making more than other who have been there longer.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not treating their employees like there trash and that wete actually people who have feelings and matter. That might be a hard concept for qdoba though.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The pay rates are all over the place, i was making more than some managers and some newer grill cooks were making more than me. This company is a person who wears the shirt as pants and pants as a hat thats how messed up working for qdoba is.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
That should be taught that you treat each other like people not get in their faces and start clapping telling you should be off 15 mintues before you suppose to be because they want to go home early. I was assaulted and no one cared to think twice about it.
