Was great at first and I was very motivated as AGM. But the director of operations has ruined this store beyond repair. No one is happy and the store is going to fail. I want to fix this place but I have no support from upper management.

The pay is great but no amount of money or benefits can justify what has happened here.

Focusing on their employees morale, overall happiness, and restaurant needs equally instead of just focusing on sales.

When everything runs smoothly, no customer complaints, no unhappy employees. Upper management that actually cares about their employees.

Everyone communicates with everyone, including upper management. However our needs are ignored. They work very well but without motivation it counts for nothing.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More attention from upper management. They need to focus on the stores and it's employees needs before we can efficiently give a good customer experience.
