What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A new general manager hopefully.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Nothing in particular. I was hired on because it was convenient.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team does try to pull together but its impossible with bad management.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is no leadership. The store is being ran by someone who is incapable of making tough or even fair decisions.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The manager meetings lead nowhere. The general manager can be VERY lazy. Theres no respect in the store with team members.
