My exoeriance with this comlany has been terrible. I've worked in foid service for 21 years. I have never been disrespected bullied or ostracized this way. It feels like I am being abused mentally and physically. I have tried to communicate and stat positive hoping fir change. Its only gotten worse

Cody was very friendly Seemed excited about his job and fairly happy and positive duribg my initial interview.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The customers recognize that Im working to hard and beung treated badly. They are kind and the customers have been the only goid thing at all to come from this job
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I have had problems with the management gossiping . Communicating concerns and just got woFemale manager Angie nodding off while standing up ive been sent home because of schedule changes no one made me aware of.been made to work harder while the manager sits in the office Draw shortages. Disrespect
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The manager is negative. I believe the managers use drugs and the majority of the other employesz are very yound 17 to 18 and the managers gossip.make up things and talk to the young employees effectivelt spreading rumors. Causing tension in the workplace.ne. never been treated so badly whole life.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Im being disrespected. bullied. lied about. sent home rearranged mt whole life to suit getting hours. Had managers leave me alone when i needed help. Not trained. Had my schedule changed and not given tge knowledge. The company phone hasnt worked in weeks. I believe all the managers are using drugs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been disrespected by the management and left alone to work with little to no help. I have been sent home for scheduled shifts tgat were changed without my knowledge or beung approved by district manager or even tokd that my schedule was changed. Asked to do caterings ontop of heavy workload
