The crew is generally upbeat.

If the upper management were decent human beings, or atleast followed the standards.

Quick but ultimately pointless as most of the new hires quit in a week.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Th GM of my store holds grudges, let an employee I supervised throw an aggressive tantrum and square up to me without any repercussions.
