Terrible management. Will fire you without a real reason even though they are severely understaffed. Don’t care about employees. Or customers as they would rather close than have staff due to their personal issues. Management is unprofessional and do what is best for them emotionally and financial

Not leading the team based on emotions. Learning how to speak to others. Better communication skills and more real leadership.
