The stock options are nice but the base pay and benefits are great

It's extremely forward thinking in company culture and creates a space that anyone would feel comfortable in and lucky to be a part of.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people. They are so thoughtful, caring, and intelligent. It consistently makes me want to be better both as a colleague and as a person.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team takes pride in the work that we do. We make sure that we are good teammates to each other by hitting deadlines, delivering on promises, and just generally being kind. We're also hilarious.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process is thorough and that is exactly why the culture is so positive. When you are extremely thoughtful in how you hire you to ensure that the teams you create (and by extension) the culture of the company are in concert with eachother.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have an all-encompassing vision for the company. For not only the short and mid-term but also the long and the extremely long-term. For the first time in my career I believe in the company's stated vision and I see a clear path forward for myself and the company
