We all work really well together and help each other out on each other's initiatives.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have enjoyed meeting and working with everyone I've met at Qualia so far. I also appreciate all the tools we have to make working even easier.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked meeting everyone I would be working with on a daily basis. It helped me make an informed decision on whether I truly thought I would like working at Qualia.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have a solid roadmap for the products and company so that you have a clear picture of what we need to be accomplishing. It's refreshing to work for such a transparent company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We recently switched to bonuses being included in your monthly paycheck. As someone not on a sales team, I appreciate feeling like they know no matter what we are working hard to meet our goals without money tied to it.
