Well, the pay is the best part, I definitely like being paid money. Perhaps I'm misunderstanding.

Professionalism and general caution to make sure the customers aren't inconvenienced means that it's okay to take time to do things well.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I'm helping reduce the stress of a very stressful time in people's lives, which should be happy and delightful! Helping people capture that delight a bit more is good work.
