they pay me decently as a non-engineer. the vision insurance is pretty good too.

we're a relatively small team but we work on one of the main parts of the application and it's great seeing our work improving the lives of our customers.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Ever since COVID, there's not much to say about the culture and environment since we don't get to interact socially with all of our coworkers on a daily basis. But pre-COVID, we had a nice office filled with great people who were a joy to interact with.
