As an engineer, I've worked at many different companies and working at Qualia has been by far the best experience. The CEO is incredibly competent and has a growth vision that makes sense given the market conditions. The culture is respectful and politics are largely left at the door.

Qualia interviews are practical instead of silly ping pong balls in an airplane type questions.

Salaries are competitive for the size of the company, and equity packages are reasonable as well given the company's long term potential.

Knowing we are building something that makes people's lives easier in one of the biggest financial stressors of their lives. Also, working for a fast-growing company with huge untapped potential under a competent executive leadership team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company promotes from within to leadership roles. The company ignores politics and fairly evaluates performance when deciding on promotions. The company is focused on long term product wins instead of short term hype waves, and spends its money wisely to avoid unnecessary dilution.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The execs are very transparent and focus on long term growth. They have a broad understanding of the real estate market dynamics, and they think outside the box on the best ways to grow the company and acquire more market share for the product suite.
