The people I work with! Everyone is extremely competent, and willing to collaborate.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The flex PTO is great! I've never had a request declined, and I've never felt that I was judged for taking the time I need.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communication from the leadership team is fantastic. I don't have any questions about where we are going or why, and they're always transparent about what the challenges we're facing are.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How willing everyone is to work toward a common goal, with no politics to get in the way. Blame is never really assigned when things go wrong, and instead the focus is on fixing the underlying problem.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that the hiring manager was willing to take time to meet with me multiple times to discuss team culture, future advancement opportunities, etc. to make me feel confident on my decision to leave my former employer and join Qualia
