What do you like best about the leadership team?
Love the bi-weekly Company All Hands calls where everyone is given current updates on our business goals. The calls are educational and fun and the leadership is definitely very approachable. They are incredibly transparent with our employees and take feedback seriously.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Company started as "remote first" vs other companies that had to make the transition from "in office" to remote. Because of this, the company does an outstanding job at collaboration and building a strong culture through virtual team building events, engaging slack channels and video calls.
