There's a high level of trust on the team. We all push each other to be better every day and lift each other up!
What did you like most about the interview process?
We have an interview process that emphasizes practical applications of coding over more contrived algorithmic questions. This gives candidates with more diverse backgrounds a chance to show their skills!
