I am so happy at work because I am surrounded by so many like-minded individuals who want to succeed as much as me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is collaborative and extremely smart. The amount I have learned in 3 months is incredible. My team is a giant wealth of knowledge.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
This compensation package is the highest I have seen in the industry. No other company comes close to the pay I am currently receiving for the role that I am in.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is so inclusive and offers us so many perks and benefits to make our day to day lives enjoyable. Team lunches, company off-sites, the best swag in the business, etc.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I learned so much about the product during my interview and it almost felt like a pre-onboarding process! I already knew so much about Qualified before my start date because of the interviews!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is energetic and completely transparent with everything that goes on within the company. They trust us and we trust them. They are also rockstars with years of success. I've never had such close exposure to e C-Suite as well.
