They pay the very least minimum yet run you tagged wanting more & more. They are never appreciative for all that you do. You will also be reprimanded if u do not do the short cuts like not changing bedding.

I tried to ask for a raise after 4 yrs and got shut down quick

Evaluations and job performance reviews not on time or never done. Took 6 months for our group to get a fair raise that we should have been paid regardless

the company makes too much revenue to pay front desk staff less than $15 per hour, especially when there are NO benefits at all
