it was good, made good clients
one of the weirdest working experiences that I've ever had. Passion, Persistence, Integrity but no professionalism, respect, or empathy. Personalities not suited for management were promoted. Are not realistic or honest about the total addressable market, sales cycle durati or average contract size.
Burned out, poorly organized, promotions are popularity contest no real performance based metrics or merit based promoting.
Lots of people who care about the work they do.
