Overall, I know my direct leadership team cares about us. Overall, I'm still seeing a lot of activity for activity sake. It'd be nice to find focus on more substantial projects.
Collaboration and willingness to share and include the team when it comes to decision making situations.
The executive team actually had a few good people but some real duds also. The didnt talk to each other, changed their minds constantly, and basically made more work for everyone.
Listening to employees and being aware that relationships between employees arent always amazing. Also the workload is ridiculous.

It's pretty standard for tech. I think there are more competitive businesses out there in this category, but it's fine.

Unlimited PTO, and 99% of medical insurance is covered by the company, Equity is also a huge plus!
Bonuses and comp plan isn't real or achieveable. New business is too hard with product limitations, and upsells arent real in this exonomy either. Clients all want a reduction, because all eggs are in the Atlas bucket, which isn't a real solution. It's just a repackaging.

The team I work with on a daily basis are all smart, collaborative individuals. I'm lucky to have them.
Diversity and collaboration. We live in multiple countries and states, but still find time to connect as a team each day.
Despite the claims of friendly coworkers mine were anything but. Mine were a nasty and cutthroat bunch only looking out for themselves and willing to tattletale to get others in trouble to further their own interests.
Coworkers are tattletales who are more interested in promoting themselves than cooperating

Get rid of the non-empathetic leaders. Fix the actual products-way too slow and terrible reporting. Practice what they preach-workplace bullying in Sales and CS has been allowed and the victims have been fired.
