Lots of people who care about the work they do.

Remote work and swag; high quality snacks when we actually worked in an office

Lots of swag, remote work

The open and collaborative work environment and the willingness to help each other no matter the need.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Get rid of the non-empathetic leaders. Fix the actual products-way too slow and terrible reporting. Practice what they preach-workplace bullying in Sales and CS has been allowed and the victims have been fired.
