I have had a positive experience at the company overall. For the most part, I enjoy my role and really like the people I work with. The nature of my position can sometimes feel redundant. I am unsure about the future of the sales organization, but feel good about the company overall.

Uncapped commission means I have the ability to make a lot of money outside of my base.

On a company-wide scale, I think the most positive thing about the environment is the "we're all in this together" mentality.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team and I get along very well - they are extremely supportive of my success and we are currently bouncing ideas and suggestions off of one another. I truly look forward to coming to work because of my immediate team.
