I came on board in February. Because of COVID we have been forced to change the way we work. I would much perfer to be seeing my customers and meeting with my teams face to face...but that we can't control. Over all I think it has been a great experience based on the conditions we have to work in.

QuickBase has changed my entire view and expectations of where I want to work and what I will expect in return. I understand there is a hierarchy, but I don't feel that hierarchy at QB. They make it very difficult to want to look on the other side of the fence... It's so green over here. :)
