I came on board in February. Because of COVID we have been forced to change the way we work. I would much perfer to be seeing my customers and meeting with my teams face to face...but that we can't control. Over all I think it has been a great experience based on the conditions we have to work in.

We have a great product...and we have great people working for us.

The first few months ramping up...it is great that the company pays 100% of your variable comp.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It has been hard working from home for two months without seeing co-workers. The company has done a good job at keeping us all together.
