QuickBase has changed my entire view and expectations of where I want to work and what I will expect in return. I understand there is a hierarchy, but I don't feel that hierarchy at QB. They make it very difficult to want to look on the other side of the fence... It's so green over here. :)

Our leadership team is Honest and Transparent
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Commission plans are not clear or obtainable. This makes the OTE more than difficult to obtain.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along great, it's not the typical "Bro Culture" that so many Utah software companies have. It's more like a family.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I can make very good money AND knowing that what I'm providing for my customers will absolutely help them grow as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's no doubt that the company is going up! I mean UP! When you take a great company and add in the great morals I see in our culture it makes you want to stick around for a long time.
