What is the best part about your compensation package?
The options (i.e., equity), hands down. I am incentivized to park my ego, do my best every day, think holistically and collaborate with others and help them achieve their goals, because I win when the company does.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is a place where people go to impact the organization. Many have taken steps down when looking purely at organizational hierarchy to join the team. Therefore, they force me to uplevel my game, because they are exceptional people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They know how to run a business and are experienced beyond their role. Numbers don't lie and the difference in purchase to acquisition is staggering in such a short amount of time. They made hard calls, and they worked. We have the leadership team in place to continue the growth.
