Problems are naturally viewed as something we all have to solve versus something that is someone's fault and they need to solve it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The confusion around RSUs is counter to all the other values which are great at Quick Base. The restricted sharing and lack of clear communication about them makes you feel like you are just an employee.
