I've been with the company long enough that my compensation,from pay to retirement, is better than the best. For those with less than 10 yrs don't/won't have it as good. I'm not sad for myself/my family, I'm sad for newer employees and their families. QT has gone from proud family to money hungry

There is a lot of flexibility, no secrets, and everything is tailored to best fit the employee. Not to mention if there is an excess amount paid in premiums it is reimbursed.

Great Health options that fit my family but also the long term incentives with 401K and the Employee Stock Ownership Plan.

Bonuses are monthly but much less than competitors

I feel I work harder than some of my co workers but we all make the same

Understaffed, overworked, super high expectations without gratitude from corporate

I feel like im doing the job of two people and still get paid the same as those that do not care about the job.

Being a part time clerk we do most of the work and keep the store up to standards but yet we don't get bonuses? The long hours and no breaks or lunch is pretty unfair. I'm lucky if I get to eat and when I do it's at the register and I still have to help customers while eating. Doing ALOT for lilpay

Our benefits have gotten way worse over the years and Corporate employees are reaping the rewards of the front line workers

Store profit bonuses (which i assumed was to incentivize the store team) can be a majority of your income. My bonus cut during the beginning of the COVID outbreak amounted to an almost 20% overall paycut; all happening while I'm being called a "hero" and "essential worker." Get rid of pay cuts.

I have 10 years in leadership roles and QT has decided to stick me with a team that sticks me in a kitchen everyday lol

The minimum wage is increasing signigicantly in the area I work in. Many other employers are increasing their employees wages due to this. We should also have a larger wage increase to keep up with other companies.
