I have worked within this company for almost five years now, all while holding other positions. Above all else QT is a very flexible workplace, offers many benefits, and is a consistent employer. They do a great job of keeping everyone on the same page and fostering a good work environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are always willing to lend a hand if they are able. This is in regards to work as well as in general. Utilizing the tools offered, communication is very effective.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There is a lot of flexibility, no secrets, and everything is tailored to best fit the employee. Not to mention if there is an excess amount paid in premiums it is reimbursed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is always room to grow upward, not to mention, routinely we are evaluated on performance. The additional bonuses based on shop scores enables the store team to work together towards a common goal.
What did you like most about the interview process?
While in the interview process, I received excellent feedback on all questions. Everything was well explained; expectations, pay, day to day, and even first hand knowledge of the stores from every level of employment.
What makes you most happy at work?
One thing that makes me most happy at work is working on a team with a common goal. As well as knowing I can express my concerns and they will be tended to and managed.
