Absolutely horrible. It is normal not to want to want to go to work, but the amount of dread i feel every morning is ridiculous.

Everything. There isn't a single thing that they do well

Most of us work pretty well together. However most of them are fairly lazy.

I am most excited about our breaks and leaving at the end of the day.

The company need to be refreshed with hard working logical people from the top down.

Most of them are pretty good and work well with the team. There is one though that makes the job unbearable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do the same job as everyone else, but because I am part time due to school I make $1.25 less than everyone else.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team in my department isn't the best. Some of the Team Leaders actually care and want the best for you while others would rather sit in the office on the computer and have nothing to do with us.
