Been working at QT for 3 years; started as a clerk and was promoted after 5 months from initial hire. Bonuses are cut every year despite increased profitability. Expectations are extremely high. Upper management will literally tell you "we intentionally give you guys more work than you're able to do
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Corporate is always available by phone. Some supervisors are amazing, but others are equally as awful. Just about every store manager i worked with was excellent at their job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Store profit bonuses (which i assumed was to incentivize the store team) can be a majority of your income. My bonus cut during the beginning of the COVID outbreak amounted to an almost 20% overall paycut; all happening while I'm being called a "hero" and "essential worker." Get rid of pay cuts.
