Being a part time clerk we do most of the work and keep the store up to standards but yet we don't get bonuses? The long hours and no breaks or lunch is pretty unfair. I'm lucky if I get to eat and when I do it's at the register and I still have to help customers while eating. Doing ALOT for lilpay
Need to get back to hiring , training, and promoting the right people instead of only caring about profut. Use to be competitive but doing whats right was more important. Now its only about greed. No longer care about whats right for the company and the employee. Every man for themself

Everyone needs to be more helpful and productive.
I would say try to make it more relaxed. The guy interviewing me was nice but everything felt really stiff. Also maybe try to have a male and female interviewer. Some people find it easier to talk to women which will let their true traits and abilities show through more in the interview.
