What is the best part about your compensation package?

The Medical cover for myself

40 percent discount on regular items and 60 on As is

Everything about the program is great

There is a nice discount and 401(k)

I do not have to worry about my family getting ill with the insurance offered.

The pay is good but the benefits could be better.

Tasks grow but compensation does not

More indepth evaluations , opportunity for growth.

Only harsh complaints, favortism to white people and purely subjective goals

I feel undervalued because i made quota and came to work but got penalized for leaving work early on a day i had approved in the system.

Pay comparable to other companies is c15% lower, and benefits are poor.

We are paid less than others less skilled and have to provide our own equipment (computer less than 3 years old with numerous requirements). Our required hours are adjusted according to what the company needs, more volume and work with the pandemic hasn't been taken into account in our pay scale.

Do not value hard workers. Working above rate does not get you anywhere.

I believe working with the public is hard at times you have difficult customers that abuse the system from returns from years yet you are suppose to have a strict return policy.Yet if you don't give the a customer a " refund " and they report you for" being rude" QVC will write you up ,effecting pay
