Whole company is in a state of flux

Stop demading too much and giving too little.

Hr and staffing and the point system is unfair.

Clear out long tenure leadership and staff and modernise the culture systems and approach

There is always a cloud of if you don't work fast enough you will get written up or if you try to do the right thing as to company policies with the customers and they don't like it employee should not get written up for doing what the we're trained to do. Quality department is the worst.
