I was never appreciated, respected nor dealt with honestly. MY progress was sidelined by games.

not the coworkers specifically because ultimately people are going to do what you allow them to do period.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
People are the most important aspect, without them and their contributions, there would not be anyone to serve the guest. People are commodities not a dime a dozen. Keep the good ones that work in fulfilling the company vision. This did not happen at my store.
