My pay alone is great. Most people think "oh its just a gas station". But, Between the raises, and now overall comp, Racetrac definitelt pays their employees fairly. And the benefits are great too. You can decide everything or nothing youd like to have covered. I just wish theu had pet insurance.

We have each others back. Theougj the oandemic, the snow storm in texas, or on a weekly, day to day basis.
We are there to run a business. In store employees are the backbone of the company so why on earth are remote employees and home office employees making considerably more? If it wasnt for your associates, shift managers, co managers and GM NO ONE wouod have a iob

People are the most important aspect, without them and their contributions, there would not be anyone to serve the guest. People are commodities not a dime a dozen. Keep the good ones that work in fulfilling the company vision. This did not happen at my store.
