What do you like best about the leadership team?
Able to discuss issues without worry of retaliation

Being a GM, i love the open platform to disucss wins/losses. Any advice, help with civerage, or re training. I can reach out to anyone for anything i need help with. Were all a TEAM. No matter what store location you are at.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Do drug testing of all employees.
Support and let managers run the business.
Quite literally everything, thats all.
Management should be more focused on the wellbeing of each of their employees rather than micromanaging everything and over working adults who can’t pay their bills on the low wages the company pay
Just making sure the employees are happy and hiring enough people that everyone isn’t so overwhelme
