What did you like most about the interview process?Technical interview was very much interactive were LAB sessions were shared over Zoom call. The interview panel was very knowledgeable and had high expectation for the answers or response to there questions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Better annual salary increases. Internal job moves reflecting the market salary increase not just a standard amount for moving internal role to role. Better Bonus for IT industry 20% Improved pension contributions (out of date for the industry) A better training budgets, better structure class lead.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?A strong product portfolio backed with a business that isn't afraid to charge customers. Improved defined processes for a repeatable customer and working environment. An exciting reconciliation package for employees in line with the IT industry. I also participated in the company share scheme :(
