- What did you like most about the interview process?I was actually interviewed by two different people at the same time, to see which of their departments I would be a better fit for. I liked that.
- What makes you most happy at work?I love being a part of a thriving, fast-growing industry that helps people feel more connected to the environment and each other, and helps them be healthier and mentally-well. There's so many benefits to riding bikes, and our product changes people's lives!
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?I love how if someone confesses that they made a mistake, the team instantly rallies to find a solution. Rather than getting stuck on the part about "who's fault it is," we're a team and we don't throw anyone under the bus. I love that.
