It's been 5 years since I'm working as a software engineer in the company. The reason I stayed here this long is only because of the leaders and support I got from the company. We appreciate the people around the culture, the push we get from the team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Most of the time, it was competitive. Or higher than the base lines
What did you like most about the interview process?
More than throwing some technical questions. The evaluation is mostly done based on how passionate and how self-learning you are.

I wanted to be a problem solver, which I am already doing. On top of it, I am pushed to the next levels when I am working.

Many of the times, they actually try to be in our shoes and think from our perspective, which actually helps in easy communication and understanding over the years

Many of the people are young minds. Everyone brings actually something new to the table. Many of the people are really curious about the work they are doing. More than just the work, it is passion for them.
