Adaptability. We have real freedom to choose the tech stack and try new approaches, so learning is built into the work. That kind of flexibility is rare in companies with more rigid rules, and it is easily the most positive part of the culture here.

Work life balance and encouragement to learn new skills

The company has a positive and flexible work environment. People are respectful, supportive, and trusted to manage their responsibilities. There's also a strong focus on learning and continuous improvement.

I got to learn a lot while working at RaftLabs. Got to meet many people. We work completely remote, so there's no headache of commuting.
