There's very little hierarchy, so leadership is genuinely accessible. Feedback can go straight to the senior level and things actually get sorted. The team is small, and leadership gives people room to learn and take on different kinds of projects.

The hierarchy is comparatively very less in the company. There is not too much nesting, so it's easier to share feedback to the higher level and then get things sorted.
Many of the times, they try to think in our shoes to understand the situations which we are going through.

The compensation is competitive and paid on time
Review from Engineering Dept
Most of the time, it was competitive. Or higher than the base lines
The best part is that the compensation feels fair and aligned with the responsibilities of the role. I also appreciate that there is room for growth as you continue to learn, take on more responsibilities, and contribute to the organization.
The compensation package is competitive enough for the role and provides a good starting point while offering opportunities to grow with experience.
The best part is that you get your whole ctc in hand. There are no hidden tactics or anything to make your ctc look bigger than your in-hand salary. What you see is what you get.

They are supportive, kind and curious people like me.

The team is friendly, approachable, and easy to work with.
Review from Engineering Dept
The team is young and adaptable, and most people come in with a genuine learner mindset, which makes it easy for them to adjust to new projects and ways of working. People also ask really good questions, and that curiosity is what I like most about my team.

Adaptability. We have real freedom to choose the tech stack and try new approaches, so learning is built into the work. That kind of flexibility is rare in companies with more rigid rules, and it is easily the most positive part of the culture here.

Adaptability: we have the freedom to choose the tech stack and everything, and we are always learning new things and trying out new things. I'm not sure that is actually accessible for any other company where rules are more bounded. Here, we have the flexibility to try out new things and learn new t
Culture and people are genuinely good, and the overall environment is decent. We do have offsites to hang out and engage with team members offline, and hackathons that have been great learning experiences. One thing that's been missing lately, though, is a sense of fun day-to-day — it would help
Review from Engineering Dept
What I value most about the culture at RaftLabs is how open, supportive, and people-focused it is. Everyone is encouraged to share ideas, learn from mistakes, and grow, while the friendly environment makes it easy to build genuine connections and feel comfortable being yourself.

They focus on your potential, how you think, and the ideas you bring, rather than only on years of experience or your degree. That approach makes the conversation feel genuine and gives candidates a fair chance to show how they learn and solve problems.

They look for more into what we could learn or what we could become and the idea that we have in mind, rather than hard-on experience or degree or anything. That, I feel like, is a good approach to do the interview.
Mostly, the evaluation criteria are to figure out, the passion and self-learning capability of the person. apart from the technical and managerial skill evaluation.
More than throwing some technical questions. The evaluation is mostly done based on how passionate and how self-learning you are.

Mostly the flexible timings and the option to work from home. It lets me manage work and personal life well most of the time. There are busy stretches where work takes up more hours, but it usually evens out within a week or two.

The variety of work. Every project brings different challenges, so there's always something new to learn instead of doing the same thing every day.
