Many of the times, they try to think in our shoes to understand the situations which we are going through.

Most of the people are actually passionate about the job they are doing. It's not just another job to make money for them.

Mostly, the evaluation criteria are to figure out, the passion and self-learning capability of the person. apart from the technical and managerial skill evaluation.
