What do you like best about the leadership team?
There's very little hierarchy, so leadership is genuinely accessible. Feedback can go straight to the senior level and things actually get sorted. The team is small, and leadership gives people room to learn and take on different kinds of projects.

The hierarchy is comparatively very less in the company. There is not too much nesting, so it's easier to share feedback to the higher level and then get things sorted.
Many of the times, they try to think in our shoes to understand the situations which we are going through.

Leadership has always been supportive, guiding the team whenever needed while also keeping everyone accountable. There's a strong push to try new tech, stretch our limits, and keep learning — all of which I see as major plus point

The company has a very flat structure and work ethos .Everyone including the leadership is super approachable.
