RaftLabs Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

They focus on your potential, how you think, and the ideas you bring, rather than only on years of experience or your degree. That approach makes the conversation feel genuine and gives candidates a fair chance to show how they learn and solve problems.

They look for more into what we could learn or what we could become and the idea that we have in mind, rather than hard-on experience or degree or anything. That, I feel like, is a good approach to do the interview.

More than throwing some technical questions. The evaluation is mostly done based on how passionate and how self-learning you are.

What I liked most about the interview process was the assignment - it lets candidates genuinely showcase their work rather than just answer questions on the spot. The interviews themselves were also structured to put the candidate at ease, while still getting to know them well and properly assessing

Review from Engineering Dept

What I liked most about the interview process was that it was straightforward and focused on more than just existing skills. The process also looked at my willingness to learn and grow, which made it feel practical, relevant, and more focused on potential than perfection.

The interview process was clear, well-structured, and conversational. I appreciated the open communication, practical discussions, and the opportunity to understand the role and team better without the process feeling unnecessarily lengthy or complicated.

The process was smooth, transparent, and focused on relevant technical and behavioral aspects. The interviewers made the discussion comfortable and engaging.

I got interviewed by the founders themselves because the company was small back then and it was an interesting experience. There was only one interview round and no hr round, so it was pretty nice back then.
