What is the best part about your compensation package?

Definitely the tuition reimbursement, it has helped with paying for college

The company offers a fair compensation package. They also offer the ability to purchase one week of vacation, on top of your earned vacation. This has come in handy for me when planning trips.

The Health Plans are Overly Expensive and the Deductible and Our of Pocket costs keeps one from Seeking Care. I DO Like the Getting Paid for Vacation and Sick Days on our Anniversary.

I am still relatively new and am just happy to have the benefits. I do believe senior team members with lifelong careers in the company should be better compensated. But, as an entry-level employee, I am happy with my own pay.
